Alright, I Held My Peace Long Enough
The Background Info:
Some time ago I got fed up with modeling my services like SpamWow and personal SEO sites after a couple high spam ranking sites in niches like Payday Loans and Green Coffee. Why? Because when you follow the high ranking spammers around, you end up deindexed just like them weeks later.

Copying the big "one hit wonders" was a losing method. I knew there had to be a better way.

I knew that certain sites weren't number 1 or 2 in my niches, but they did rank front page and always seemed to stay there. However, I wasn't sure if I should copy their links and anchors/strategy and also risk getting hit next time around in case they did too.

The plan I came up with was to build a rank tracker, but not for my site or for 1-2 of my competitors ( like normal rank trackers ) .. BUT for the entire SERP of the keyword I was trying to dominate.

With this information and some time, I could see who the real authorities were in my SERP and who I should model my sites after so I wasn't playing a game of Yo Yo rankings every week.

How I Did It:
I started off with a sleazy and extremely fragile script tracking certain keywords and the top 20. It was all I needed.

I knew that tracking this over time I could see who was coming and going in my vertical and also who was sticking around.

What I didn't intend to find was data that supported when a manual penalty was coming around or when an algo change was about to happen.

I also didn't expect to have the power to see things like this:
2yjtsva.png

DO YOU KNOW WHAT YOU LOOKING AT HERE?

I wont bother you with a ton more images like this, but we have data that shows if you are not position #1-#3 in Google, you're NOBODY.

Now we all know that #1-#3 gets all the traffic. That's not what I am talking about.

Do you see that if you're not #1-#3, you're going to get bounced around the SERP all day every day in different random spots like #4-#20? Is that a business model you want?

Google pretty much grants authority to those that can capture positions #1-#3 and KEEPS THEM THERE. We have the data across tons of keywords for months on end to prove this.

More Shit I Found:
When you can monitor a whole SERP, you start to see what parasites and other sites are making a move on your turf.

By collecting this data in my own verticals, I can see what new competition I have that is inching up from #18th to number #11th before they hit the front page.

I can also see what parasites are actually working in my vertical as well and hop on them before everyone else destroy them ( here's looking at you XE guys )

Would you like to see "wannabe" competitors before they take over your SERPS?

Would you like to jump on new parasites and new link tricks before everyone else?

When I coded this, I meant to keep it personal and for myself. That's why tools like SpamWow got better and better and services I offered privately to ORM guys also killed it for months on end.

CCarter stepped in and helped me grow this larger than I ever thought. He is the reason so much more has been added to this today.

Online Reputation Management:
We are going to kill this.

The old way was to spam a bunch of URLs and then put them 1x1 into a rank tracker and try to monitor them all. With our tool, you just watch the SERP and get a CRYSTAL FUCKING CLEAR view of where your client is in the SERPs and all your parasites and 301's.

You can even see NEGATIVE reviews and press about your client bubbling up from the second page so you can hammer that POS down before your client see's it and bill him extra for the proactive work your doing.

Are You A Rank Tracker:
Hell No and fuck you for asking.

Why in the hell do you care where you rank today? You should care where your going to rank tomorrow ( penalties ) and what everyone else is doing in relation to where you are now.

Listen, with our tool you can see where you are right now today, that's covered big boy.. What you really need to know is the health status of the SERP you're in and all the intel you can get from it to find out how to stay ahead of the curve.

How? Do I really need to spoon feed you this info?
Look at this SERP for a moment, what do you see?

2hzq1b9.jpg

Here's what I see... a SERP that is ripe for "one hit wonder" spammers that want to rank and bank and don't mind getting hit 30 days later because you can rebuild again. This is a great rank and bank niche based on it's history.

What else do I see?

I see that only 1 authority site has outlasted all the algo updates and reviews. Meaning this SERP is ripe for someone to come in and build an authority site and become King Shit of this mountain.

There is only 1 authority site ranking in this SERP, its fucking RIPE for you to come in and take over spot #1-#3 and stay there with the right site!

Listen, Green Coffee would be a horrible one to do like this. Sure there is lots of money in that term, but there is already a ton of authority sites there. See where I am going here guys?

Why You Want Paid Beta Now
It's $19 right now, and once we hit a threshold of paying customers, I am turning the $19 beta off for new customers.

You free demo account guys.. well once we work the bugs out, things might be changing for you too. It's expensive to run this service and the amount of 3rd party APIs we are adding PLUS the frequency we plan on using them is going to skyrocket. I am not saying we will kill off free demo's, but things will be changing once we work the bugs out. ;)

Test it out for free and then migrate over to Paid Beta soon to ensure you lock in grandfathered status with us for the new and updated features as they roll out. You free guys might not get those new benefits.

Why? Because me and CCarter are bug testing this with the paid beta clients. Once we work out the bugs and insert the new features we are adding ( oh shit son, you aint seen everything yet ), I don't have to sell this at $19 anymore.

You need to get in now, it WILL cost more later because I am going to have to pay more to keep the service up later with all the new API's and features we are adding, features like:

1. Insert your main keyword ( let's pretend its Green Coffee ) and automatically get all the relevant ranking data not only for Green Coffee as a term, but terms like "buy green coffee online" and "green coffee weight loss". We can probably get you up to the top 20 KWs for your main kw so you have data on the whole niche.

^^ OWN THE DATA ON YOUR ENTIRE NICHE, NOT JUST YOUR KW SON!! This is God Mode activated to the 10th degree. OWN THE WHOLE NICHE

2. More API's for gathering more data on your competitors, not just on a monthly basis, but possibly every change on a daily basis. Find out when your competitor got more links or more social signals ( like today or on the 25th, etc ). Find out why those sites really moved up ( more links? more social?.. we will find out on a daily basis maybe )

3. Secret shit I can't let out

So what are you waiting for?

You dont have time to sit on your ass on this. It will be more and it will be more soon.

If you ain't in this, you're going to wish you were when we start overtaking your SERPs.

I have no idea how to use and what this even does, but still purchased the super beta user. Hopefully I can learn how to use it haha

Alright, finally got around to testing this. Signed up for an account for myself and even went through certain niches with a few partners of mine on their accounts.

We had set aside 4 extremely competitive niches earlier this year, that we plan to tackle and hopefully overcome within this year. We are already doing great with a certain batch of keywords and were looking out for ways in getting more derivative and authentic information about keywords.

Anyone who knows me, is aware that I am a 'researcher' sort of fellow. I don't indulge in niches based on the outcome and the profitability alone. I need to know everything I can about it.

I am also a ginormous data nerd. And have long lasting erections, whenever I am presented with factual data about any project that I am going to be a part of.

A lot of backend work was happening before SERPWoo came along. APIs were getting exhausted with the kind of data we were pulling. And needless to say, it was all getting pretty expensive.

Then comes along SERPWoo... and damn this thing works awesome.

Still reading? Great..

Here is the base profile that I work with, and I won't be sharing it outside of this review.

Websites, ranking or not, often make changes. I track these changes. Plain & Simple.

Changes can be anything - cosmetic (themes and layouts), link structures, OBLs, Internal Cross linkings, their link profile, their link sources, addition of new resources, removal of old. Basically anything that fits the profile of a change, is something that I document - (Quick Plug - Evernote works great for quick documentations).

Now for the website in my niches that I am tracking - I have this data recorded (both manual and automated) from March, 2014 till date. Imagine, if I were to cross-reference this data with the ranking history that SERPWoo provides?

I should be able to pin-point what influenced a ranking plummet and a ranking increase.

Now I am aware that correlation does not imply causation - but atleast this will lead us somewhere? A little more patterning, a little balance of probability and we're almost there!

//

I have worked with CCarter previously and have been involved in some of his projects. The dude works hard and smart at the same time. He fed us regular updates on the development and the outcome is beautiful.

Eliquid is another hard working dude, with impeccable research and tons of experience behind him.

With these two names attached to a product, it becomes a 'no questions asked purchase'

Get in while it is $19 - this thing is awesome.

And to top it all, they have a reliable support with a competitive edge. Now that is something alone worth those Nineteen Dollars!

*Bloghue Recommends*

If I were to summarise this tool in one (two) sentence (for those on the fence) it's this -

YOU DON'T HAVE TO SUCK CUTTS' TITS AND FIGURE OUT IF HE'S BS'ING OR NOT ANYMORE!

Just look for yourself and see what the actual results are.

Alright, so here is what I was referring to about spotting that Google update with eliquid and Grind.

auto-insurance-6-13-2014.jpg

Notice the spike on 6/5/2014 also happens again on 6/12/2014, EXACTLY 7 days later, and then new websites are ranking going forward during the update. We've been able to identify and isolate It - It being the signal that Google is testing a major update, and tests it on certain particular keywords first. As we continue developing the A.I. bot that is in charge if detecting Google Updates we'll soon be able to alert users when a Google update is inbound - hopefully within 7 to 10 days of an update coming. :) This is the power Super Beta users have at their finger tips now. We went in and dug around a lot more and we think we've been able to isolate some reasons for the penalties. I'll be putting the theories into experiments, as you should too!

Once the grandfather clause ends, that's it game over. Get in as soon as possible. Several Super Users have already been 'enlightened' to say the least. After seeing all this... what are you going to do, go back to this?

*** Some updates

Update #1: Bug #1 Fixed. 1969 aka 0 in Unix time, bug was fixed. If the keyword is too new, you will be given the proper warning message.

Update #2: Sped up the social count engine and put the priority to new urls - so that should get pulled a lot faster.

Update #3: Updated the notification pages, /members/notifications/ - a page which does not exist was being linked to. Similar bug occurred on one of the domain interfaces, that's been fixed too.

Update #4: Updated the seomoz width on the outbound chart so the data fits better.

I was a bit hesitant to join in with all the other penis groping going on over this, but the more that I played with it, the more I started to conceive the possibilities. When it hits you... boner.

I found a few different link sources that my niche leaders had been using, so that was enlightening. I also managed to find some parasites, due to the tools that serpwoo incorporates. I kinda wish that I had better relationships with you two so that I could have started getting this info sooner, but now is better than never!

I noticed you fixed that 1969 bug before I had a chance to submit feedback on it, so kudos! That is an excellent marker of the support to come. I can't wait to see what comes next.

For all the peasants waiting to go super beta, get an advance on your allowance from mother, get back to the basement, and start collecting data.

Actually don't, keep mindlessly experimenting and tanking.

Am I going to have to pay manually every month or is it a subscription/auto re-bill?

This is a sub/auto rebill.

Will you take Bitcoin payments? Or Paypal?

^^ What he said. Personally I would also like to see an annual payment option. I like paying for 12 months of services at a time especially if there's a discount for doing so.

Short Answer: No

At this time, no Paypal and no Bitcoin. Paypal just doesn't play well overall with serious transactions. Yeah I know Amazon and other big guys take them, but I don't want my account frozen if someone dicks around with a payment later on. There is a reason other than the fee's so many other SaaS guy's jump off their ship.

PP and Bitcoin are not integrated into our current system, so handling a refund or keeping track of your account each month would be a manual pain until we coded it in.

Not sure if we will do annual accounts, but it is something we might do once we get out of beta.

You two are obviously paying your coders in crack because this shit is ridiculous. Goodbye manual aggregation, hello future.

Don't want to spam the thread (might make a separate thread for it later) but this is interesting if not a bit funny...

Google Cloud clearly has a message for Amazon AWS...

You can post as many posts as you want mate I won't complain. Show everyone the power!

You've seen the reviews, you see people already posting screenshots of the God mode overview they're able to see. The power to have MORE power than Matt Cutts' control-panel of the SERPs is right at your fingertips. Even a free account is better than nothing...

I told you guys, get in while we are still allowing the grandfather clause. Some familiar faces in the SEO world are already getting a wind of it, and it won't be long till we have to close up the Super Beta Accounts so we don't grow too fast. Get in while the price is low and you get all the powerful features and have access to the new features with your grandfather clause!

I appreciate each and everyone of your feedback comments. Looks like after that 1969 error there really isn't a lot else wrong, so that's a great sign.

Trust me make sure to check out the Intro video for the focus date. It'll make things really easy if it's not already. I've gotten great feedback that the user interface is already simple, so that's always a good sign we got it right. We'll continue to improve things as we go along.

If you are logged in, you can simply view the intro video again by going to Intro - Members Area or just click on the demo link. :)

Update: International

*** Some updates

Update #1: Reduced the default video resolution throughout the site to 720HD instead of the insane 1440p HD. I think I got a little carried away with that! :D

CCarter and eliquid made something? Don't think I've ever opened my wallet faster...for something that wasn't a prostitute. Didn't even need to read your pitch or furiously fap to your spokeslady(though I did).

Rough waters in 'Garcinia Cambogia' Today

I hope they got their anchors ready to drop... (someone will get that one).

garcinia-cambogia-6-29-2014.jpg

3 new guys popped up, and below the 5th position looks like it's being re-organized a bit. What's really interesting is the 3 straight lines of guys that were ranking on 6/19/2014 all popped back today, so there is something that was done on 6/19 which Google was testing that's now back again! Is this a repeat of a niche specific algo... maybe...? Either way it looks like they should pepper the angus:

hDO4rpP.gif

So with 3 new guys + 3 new algo guys, that's 6 new sites or a 30% change from yesterday, that's some volatility there, above normal. The blank white areas are urls that were there but aren't ranking today, lots of white space means volatility... But we don't see this kind of volatility on the long tails... (hint, hint)

Update: In-Development

Right now we're working on turning on the notes system for annotations. It's a bit tricky with all the data and with an interface like this, but I think we got a perfect solution. That and stomping out any bugs we are continuing to monitor as well as locking down the different character settings.

Update: UK/AU/CA/International

FYI, the ETA is TBA. We're coming guys. It's just been a full 3 days, we're still monitoring for stability and making sure everything is running on-schedule and on-time. Make sure to sign up and get yourself a front row seat with a Super Beta account, make sure you get in cause you saw in the last post things are really about to pick up steam. Make sure you get your Super account, we're launching into outerspace and into the Omniverse - get your tickets to board the spaceship. Once we get into the Omniverse, we'll be able to go backwards in time. We might even meet the Boss... Guidance is internal now... If something big happens in the next several days and we have to close sign-ups, hey I can't do nothing for you, you're going to have to PM Grindstone after that.
