Energy drinks...

Yeah I've been on the NOS wagon lately also...

When I'm feeling healthy I take green tea pills.

I agree with querilla though when you hit 30 nothing works if you ain't sleeping. You're just walking around wired and you can't focus on shit!

Sugar free No Fear. I also like one called Suagr Free Red Jack (I think it is distributed by 7up). I was a diet coke fiend as well but I gave this all up last week. Had a killer headache.

Sugar free red bull is the most disgusting piss I have ever drank.

Coffee.

I previously did coffee, ephedrine, diet pepsi, red bull, bawls and smoked. It's all good until you burn out. Then you are fried and the recovery time is long.

As I get older (30s), I find a good night's sleep does a lot for my alertness and efficiency.

This is soooo true. The years come off the backend of your life.

I like to have a good time as much as the next man, but the bad news is that the back end of your life just gets 5 years closer...

I'm not going to be wearing a diaper at 60. I don't have much, but I have a little bit of dignity.

Red Bull - didn't like it until a couple of months back. I guess it is an acquired taste, sort of like Dr. Pepper.

Since when has caffeine made you die sooner?

I have Mountain Dew or Red Bull when I need to get work done (maybe like once a week). If you take it everyday it looses its effect, and then your addicted to it. If you take it only once or twice (or even three times) a week you a big boost when you need it most.

Go Girl!

Saw this stuff in Nor cal a couple months back, it finally made it's way to Vegas. It's 'Beautiful Energy.' Apparently it has estrogen in it, so it'll make your GF's tits grow, however it may also give her a wookie mustache.

I usually do something like:

Wake up - Centrum Performance (Ginseng, B vitamins)
Iced tea or coffee with breakfast (depending on season)
Red bull late AM
2-3 cokes with lunch
Sometimes Afternoon coke

When I'm lifting there's an extra NOXplode in the morning before anything else (more b-vitamins and crap).

Wow, that actually seems like a lot all listed out. Last few times I've been to the doc they've had to take my BP twice because it was too low to measure the first time. I wonder if this helps or hurts?

I rarely have them and I don't have a particular preference, but I generally have Red Bull or Bawls. I don't really have any caffeine outside the occasional cup of tea, or if I really need to stay up and stay alert... in which case I'll down some Red Bulls or a few cups of strong coffee.

I start my day with an Iced Cappucino (Tim Horton's) or Chocolate Mocha Frappuccino (Starbucks), and then have between one to two cans of Red Bulls during the day.

Does anybody understand why Red Bull still remains so popular? It is 2-3 times more expensive than other energy drinks and most people agree it tastes the worst! Just goes to show how effective advertising and a good name are. For best tasting energy drink I'd go with full throttle original or rockstar fruit punch.
