Was talking about this earlier with someone, can't work out if the air stewardess is in this footage. Some photos elsewhere of the carnage suggest it may be the case.
Well if its any consolation, the chances of another plane crash happening so close to this one is very small.
Also that car ahead is lucky as hell to dodge that debris, would have crushed it

Not arguing that plane crashes are rare, they are.
I never said one would happen in the next 30 days.
All we're saying is that the fact there was one recently doesn't mean there's any less chance of one happening again tomorrow, or any other day.
Your statement inferred that there wouldn't be one soon because there had just been one, which is wrong.
They're completely independent and unrelated.
Of course re-reading your statement it's fairly ambiguous anyway, and could also be taken to mean that major plane crashes are always rare, so another one happening soon would be unusual, in the same sense that one happening at any time is unusual - although that wouldn't make much sense in the context of your statement.
Don't really know why I'm even trying to argue this, it doesn't matter at all. I need to go to sleep.
