I was running a netflix offer and sending about ¼ of the traffic to epicenter network, who i just started working with. Three weeks ago I got a message from my affiliate manager at epicenter saying that google flagged my traffic for “cookie stuffing” and that I was banned from the network and that they lost the offer and wont be payed. Last I checked they owed me $5825. Apparently they were running the netflix offer through the google network.

I have repeatedly asked for more information and that they forward me the emails from google so I know this is a legitimate claim because I have no knowledge of cookie stuffing and I still have no problems with this campaign at the other network where I have been running this offer since january.

Epicenter has not sent me any information what so ever even though I told them that if they sent me the emails from google I would send them screen shots of all my campaigns to help prove that it was all approved legitimate traffic. They have also stopped responding to my emails and phone calls.

On top of that they originally had refused to pay me weekly even though I had enough volume and in they beginning they sent me a couple wires for small amounts but right in the period that I sent them more traffic the payment was late and they let me run the campaign live for a few days after they were supposed to send me a wire and then just tell me I wont be payed and I cant even log into my account to check stats.

Because they sent me no information im not sure if this is a legitimate concern with my traffic or the network or advertiser trying to screw me or steal the campaign. Does any one have advice on what I should do in this situation?

Sounds like another affiliate got the network booted from GAN, then they decided to ban you rather than pay out of their own pocket.

Best advice is too seek physical retribution at ASE.

Wasn't Epicenter an advertiser here? Fucked up if they banned you for someone elses mistake and are refusing to pay. I'd get a lawyer involved as soon as you can and make a note of all correspondence/evidence for your case.

FYI I just got an email from epicenter that they bumped payouts on a few offers, netflix was one of the offers listed.

I'd say they are fucking with you pretty good.

thank you for bringing this to my attention. It seems they were kind enough to spam me with the same email even though they will not answer my personal correspondence. Getting caught in a lie sure looks like they are trying to screw me out of the $6k.

My affiliate manager Monica Egger has been handling this whole thing rather unprofessionally. Does any one have the contact info for the owner of epicenter network?

Here's a post that one of their founders made on WF:
Hi. I'm Dylan, COO at Epicenter Network and one of the founders. The company formed in 2005, but this is actually the first time we've done any advertising. We chose Wickedfire as our first advertising channel simply because of the quality of Wickedfire's user base. We've worked with a ton of Wickedfire members over the years, and have had a lot of great experiences and feedback. We hope to build on this and provide a service tailored to what Wickedfire users need. I'm happy to chat with anyone about our promotion via IM, PM or phone, and get anyone connected with our affiliate management team.
