I've been running the Essential Pumpers service in its' latest version since February 2014. That was when I changed a simpler "web 2.0s blasted with tons of spam" service to one that used more fancy link types like social profiles, aggregators, question-answer sites, image sharing communities and what not. I'm glad to see more people started using the power of these links lately.
However, I am introducing major changes to Essential Pumpers again.
Why
The main reason behind this update is that I don't want Essential Pumpers to stand at the crossroads any more. It was created as a marginal service at its' core, where careful manual property creation on top sites was backed by raw automated spam, and that's what I have been re-thinking lately.
I see very few reasons to keep mass automated link building that close to legitimate websites. Not only the returns are diminishing and 3K links don't make you rank 10 times better than 300 links. Moreover, no matter if it's the second or the third link tier, - you are still getting connected to the auto-approve domains that sooner or later get into disavow lists and may ultimately limit your site's growth potential.
It's not about the results - Essential Pumpers with the automated tier links worked very well before and they work well now. I am sure this kind of thing will keep bringing results for a long time from now, moreover, I am still running link spam to parasites and EMDs with a lot of success.
However, I want Essential Pumpers to be several steps ahead. I want to offer a service that will be able to kick in right after you've set up your site and feed it with authority and link juice as long as it exists. This service has to hold strong no matter what animal attacks SERPs in a year or in two years. And I think I've found a way.
'Essential Pumpers' is not the same linkbuilding service starting from now.
I've spent the last two weeks designing new order sizes, new workflow and new pricing to give you 100% clean, strong and affordable links.

I tested a Pro package on a domain I registered one week ago, and here's the result:

One,
Spam tier links are gone.
No more comments, trackbacks, guestbooks, contextual posts on wordpress, drupal or zendesk sites, no forum profiles, indexers, directories etc. etc. - all that is gone for good from Essential Pumpers.
Two,
I made a major shift from quantity to quality.
I set a rule for myself to not use platforms that do not host active communities of real users. I went through my lists with that filter. As a result I am not using some dead or half-dead "web 2.0s" anymore, and many of the nice properties that give you orphan pages are gone as well. If it's a platform that is not developing actively, does not host a community, heck, is not advertised on Facebook - it's out of my list. My tests showed that I have done the right thing.
At the same time, I improved the quality of the properties created on the remaining hosts. More content, more customization, more pages, more power to each link.
Three,
The amount of profiles per order increased.
I am breaking the previous pattern where I used to structure orders by link type and create each profile in a certain way. Things are way more randomized now and all the non-contextual link types have been merged into a big "profile" link pool.
Some are dofollow, some are nofollow, some are redirects, all of them are anchored with naked URL, and almost all of them will be using some sort of internal link boosting (friends, shared content, likes, pokes and what not).
I will also be running a quick check on the backlink profile of each submitted site to try and not repeat the hosts that are already present.

Your links will still be reinforced. Instead of thousands of automated links however, I will be using social signals mixed in together with manual social bookmarking on top sites.
Five,
It is a lot cheaper now.
I really want to have a clean, simple service that will be affordable even to someone starting out. Something to order and be all set with linkbuilding for the next month and a half to focus on creating content and doing outreach.

There are now two package levels: Basic and Pro. Each of them contains a couple of really well-made blogs/static sites on free hosts, and a bunch of profiles.
All those properties are then given some social presence which helps them get indexed and crawled often.
Truth is, this is a bulletproof part of any website's linkbuilding strategy. It does not trigger any alarms, it makes perfect sense and it's all built as a complete balanced package with naturally diluted anchors.
