We've already had one, sort of. The 2nd Earl of Liverpool who was Prime Minister from 1812 - 1827 had a Gujurati grandmother. Does that count? Or how about Benjamin Disraeli who was Prime Minister from 1874 - 1880. He was a sephardic Jew. The Mayor of London, Boris Johnson had a Turkish grandfather.
I suppose they are not "pure" minorities because we don't do segregation, we mix it up.
Anyway, Americans can't point fingers given that you lot can't even sunbathe nude in your own back gardens nor go to a nudist beach. I think you are still more puritan than us despite all the sound and fury...

To check how racist your country is simply count the number of regulations and laws it needs to protect minorities. In society where race truly doesn't matter those laws are not needed.
