Well that's not true is it? I mean that is the stupidest statement I have ever read. Think about it.

Not that you would have to concede that non-western people are more likely to commit rape, but that Norwegian born men in Oslo are, for some bizarre unknown reason, the only large collection of men in the world that doesn't have one rapist among them.

Either that statistic is totally made up, or otherwise I think we need to fund some research into these Norwegian supermen and to find out why they are so different from the rest of the world.

Well firstly you said "100% of ALL rapes", the report says "100% of ASSAULT rapes". Assault rapes are actually comparatively pretty rare, but even that statistic is misleading.

If you read the police report that these badly put together news reports are based on you would see a totally different picture.

Claims that all assault rapes are committed by foreigners are thus supported by these figures, although the basis for the claims is small and the selection is special.Two of the five different identified perpetrators responsible for the assault rapes were very young – less than 18 – and two had serious psychiatric diagnoses.

If you extend the material to cover the 16 assault rape cases in which the person is unidentified, but where a description has been provided by the victim,another picture emerges: 8 of the perpetrators were of African/dark-skinned appearance, 5 were western/fair-haired/Nordic and 4 looked Asian

Even taking into account that there is a higher proportion of dark skinned than light skinned perpetrators in these statistically insignificant numbers you could hardly call an average of under 1.5 assault rapes a month an epidemic. I mean if that is the case I advise you to tell your mums, wives and sisters to stay at home as I would be very surprised if the number in the city you live in were lower than this.

The whole thing is manipulation of statistics made to put the fear into the populous.
 
Plus in your original bolded quote you said five years and in the next post you said three years.

You also say 41 rapes, when this is clearly not all rapes, but only assault rapes, as there were 152 rapes in 2010 alone (1 year).

i.e. both your posts are full or errors and inconstancies.
