Nice to see awareness being raised in so many quarters.

I was not aware that even in the organic, G plays games to such an extent.

Anyone that feels the long term strategy of only relying on authority sites that will rank well on Google, is deluding themselves.
 


There are 10 spots per keyword that matter. The top 3 or 4 are significantly more valuable than the rest. Thousands of people all want those spots. No matter what Google does, more people will be mad than happy.
 
The outcome of all of this will be interesting. But for some reason, I have this feeling that its going to fuck up everything and it'll make it profoundly harder to be successful selling shit on the interwebs.

Give Aaron a friggen link .. he's done enough for the seo/webmaster industry to warrant some additional exposure.

He's definitely not one of the search engine do gooders that you will find littered all over DP. In fact, to the best of my knowledge, he doesn't play a big roll in any forum other than his own (which is paid) .... though I'm sure 99% of us would welcome him here!

can google be trusted?
