Below is a summary of everything we need to do with emailing for our e-commerce site. I'm looking for the best way to achieve all of this with the least amount of headache.

Below is a summary of everything we need to do with emailing for our e-commerce site. I'm looking for the best way to achieve all of this with the least amount of headache.
- Need to collect email newsletter sign-ups.
- Need to collect the emails of visitors who sign up to receive our blog posts by email.
- Need to collect and store customer email and name information.
- Need to send out order confirmation emails after an order has been placed. (We're using PayPal Website Payments Pro for payment processing.)
- Need to send out emails when customer's product ships. (We're using Webgistix as a fulfillment company)
- Need to automatically send out promotional emails x months after order has been placed. (We're selling a consumable product and want to remind customers to re-up.)
Any thoughts?
