I've seen these landing pages on many more domains than just this guy's. FTC using the typical "prosecute one guy and make an example out of him" tactic.
Sweet! Some new landers and ads I can split test to.

I read the whole FTC declaration file and I'm not sure how this is relevant to EWA? Isn't the FTC targeting the publisher? Pulse360 and EWA are presumably only mentioned as they are related third parties. Someone please fill me in?
On the bright side ryan eagle can now write "pays affiliates weekly" next to an "as seen on FTC" badge

usually in lawsuits, the lawyers will sue everyone under the sun, then after a few days will throw out all the irrelevant parties
i.e. if you get into a car accident, the other parties would sue yourself, your company(if the car is registered to it), your insurance company, your leasing/finance company(that owns the vehicle), and the maker.
so if you get into an accident in your BMW...BMW North America will most likely get included in the law suit
it's not that the other lawyer thinks BMW is responsible for the accident...but they do it just in case...because it's much easier to remove than it is to add new people to a lawsuit
you can sue Chase, Paypal, Google Analytics, and pretty much any service that EWA might be using. So I can sue the Golden Eagle for EWA not paying me?
Surprisingly, we were one of the few not sued by the FTC. We never have been sued, believe it or not, I think mainly because we advocate that people keep their pages compliant (and remind them all the time).

You've never been sued, or never by the FTC?
So I'm guessing none of this looks familiar?

Ok, I'm not trying to defend the guy. Never even done business with EWA. But seriously dude? Why even bring that one up?
For those of you that don't know, Essociate went around suing every aff network under the sun for infringing on their "Affiliate Marketing" patent. Total bullshit.... I wouldn't throw EWA under the bus for that one.
So yes by all means keep going.
