EWA Network sued by the FTC?

I've been sued plenty in my day, that's exactly why it's surprising that I'm not sued by the FTC at this point in time nor ever have. I've never handed landing pages over, I've never told people to promote noncompliant landing pages, I've never done anything as a network to incur a suite. We haven't' been super heavy in the rebill space since 10' when the offers started dropping so quick.
