No need for nicknames on russian forums, but it's (nickname) similar to that, let it be your homework if you wish. I am not doing shitty doorways and adult traffic which is too late for earning anyway. So no reason to hanging out on russian forums and moreover rep there means shit. It turns out in lot of repeat and happy clients with not so much overload for everyone. It was also some packages for upto for $500+/month, research more which when you have some clients very good income and time for making great service. Now I am paying for PPC/PPV with that money.
I am talking about EWA and how you want to provide them with shitty traffic and other people from ex-SSR countries will have problems with entering later cause Ryan and others will be in doubt cause of you for example. And networks simply will not allow them to enter. Like for some in Neverblue, Maxbounty, Advaliant, etc. Latest example of traffic source - TrafficVance.
As I said earlier you didn't made it good for yourself, you probably may got referal on EWA, for now I am highly doubt it.
