Exact Domain to Matching Niche...

I have found a particular niche that receives ~1300 searches a month on google. There is not much competition for it and the "exactsearch.com" is available.

First off, probably a good place to start right?

Also, the site will be a wp blog. I'm deciding between either adding the 3 google adsense links, or posting a single clickbank related ad at the end of each blog. (Which would lead to over 100 clickbank adds in just a few months)

I'm leaning more toward clickbank...are there any opinions on this? There are plenty of matching ads (restaurant related theme)

Is 1300 a month shit, or could I be looking at some revenue?

^I'm hoping this will be my last post before I actually get something built.

1300 is low unless the estimated click is above a few dollars..

Monetize it both with clickbank and adsense.

Is there a place where I can see estimated click values?

Also, I thought I read google adsense restricts certain other ads on your website such as clickbank.

^Not sure, but I read something along the lines of t hat just a few days ago.

use [Exact] when searching versus broad results, if your 1300 is broad results then it's a waste of time. Even if it's exact its hurting unless it's a high paying kw

First off, I hope those results are for [exact] (if not don't even bother wasting time on it) , secondly 1500 is a bit low, if it's a product name or a high-paying keyword you might actually make some. Try and see if you can find something over 3000 exacts a month! Hope this helps.

Not much traffic but it is a good starting point to learn SEO. Once you get high rankings it should give you the confidence to tackle a keyword that gets 10k searches and then 20k.

It's a less than micro niche, test the OCI values of your keywords and the adwords clicks values.
If these values are good it's not a waste of time, add good content and focus on clickbank and few adsense blocks.
my 1 cent tip.

Dude, I don't care what these people say, 1300 is a good starting point. Go for it, i've done less and have made some money.

Just do the math...

If you are #1 and your term gets 1300 searches per month, statistics show you will get somewhere around 50% (a little bit on the low side but for the sake of basic numbers...). This means you will potentially get 650 visitors on this keyword alone (outside of your other longtail keywords you might potentially rank for with good SEO).

Lets see you convert these visitors at a measly 1%.... that is 6 - 7 conversions per month. If you make $15.00 per conversion, you are making $90 - $105 per month on this site on that keyword. You're not getting rich, but you can rinse and repeat the process to keep building up your sites... you don't want all of your eggs in one basket anyway.

Most people do NOT know what they are talking about...you need to get advice from those who have mastered this area:

You CAN make money from 1300 exact matches monthly...don't let anyone tell you otherwise...
It will be fairly easy to reach the first page of google with an exact domain name keyword

You can make $40 and up a month with this site...

Keep only unique content on it...

Don't spend a lot of time on these type of sites...

If you choose to go this route...build a lot of them...

I would go with 2 adsense ads...not 3

Switch between cb and adsense and see what profits best...

Keep the layout very simple and clean

Pfff what are you people talking about? Less than 10 clicks? I have a 1000 exact match that gets consistently 25-30 clicks a day just from that keyword alone. Throw in long tails and that number is tripled. You should check the competition. 1000 exact match usually won't have much, so you can rank it in a short amount of time.

Take a day to build the site and write a good sales copy, then spend the rest of your time ranking it. There is probably minimal work to be done. The key is to get the traffic that does come to your site to convert. Offer them some kind of value (perceived or real) within your copy writing - that's what works best for me.
