Exit Dating Traffic - Where To Send

Need some help, I can't believe I didn't think of this earlier!

So I send approx 600,000 clicks a month to various dating offers, about 100,000 of those clicks convert (rough rough estimates).

What Im getting at here is I am losing 500,000 visitors a month who just vanish, I can't imagine the amount of money I could have made up to now, but can't dwell on that ;). FUCK I feel dumb.

Do you guy have any suggestions:

1) What kind of exit traffic will convert well on dating?
2) Important - How do I hid this from Google as I am pretty sure they hate exit traffic? Do I cloak?

Was thinking this offer to start:

I was thinking that exact thing smaxor.

How would you get them to opt-in though?

"Get emailed by the hottest babes"
"Get emailed by the hottest dudes"

Have 2 separate boxes or what?
