Eye problems?

Yep, switching to LCD monitors definitely helps.

Also get a good quality one... no use groaning about a few bucks more when it is your eyes you need to be working with.

(and to look at boobie pictures)

haha!

but no really guys, I don't know how to fix my eyes problem, but if there ever is an opportunity for you to do something healthy to your eyes or something like that, spend the extra few bucks to make sure your eyes stay healthy. I almost went blind after some major complications this past summer and it was pretty crazy. Think about only singing things with one eyes! or even worse being blind!

it's not worth the risk! then you might not be able to do online marketing anymore:eek:

The only time I had eye problems was when I asked my parents for a Red Ryder BB gun for Christmas :D

I was actually being serious.

I noticed last summer when I had to use a ..sub optimal... CTR at work and I'd get really strained eyes (I am nearsighted with glasses) after a few hours of staring at that shitty piece of crap, whereas at home I could be computing for 12 hours straight and not feel a thing.

That aside....

DO take breaks from time to time.

Use

Workrave

it is a freeware program to remind you to take a break every so often. Use it to prevent arm problems, stretch, get up, take a look outside the window (some far point being preferrable), close your eyes for a few, etc..

Your body will thank you and you will actually get more done in a more relaxed way.
