ezadsuite.com - Anyone have this issue?

I have purchased ezAdSuite and it's been close to 12 hours already with no software delivered I received the order confirmation that my card was charged, however I have yet to receive it. I noticed the site says it may take up to a few hours, however it is past just a few hours.

I tried email their support and got the following bounce:

Unfortunately, your mail was not delivered to the following address:

I noticed Kevin the owner took the liberty to respond to an earlier post of someone having an issue with the software. He mentions in his post how easy it is to get a hold of him, however I tried sending him a PM on this board as well an his PM box was full. Emails also bounced back, the phone number on whois for his domain goes to Network Solutions customer service.

Kevin if you're around - you wrote a great looking piece of software, however I need it delivered :rasta:

This is good, I was just thinkin of purchasing it. I'll be checking back on this thread, please post when issue get resolved.
 
I was going to purchase it but decided to design my own craigslist tool instead. My buddy had some bad reviews for it. Good luck.
 
Their support is worthless. I took every possible avenue to get in contact with Kevin including all the ways he suggested in his last post to Aden. It's not about the money to me because thats just 1 phone call to the bank. What pisses me off is how they think they can get away with boasting about their service, yet not answer an email or provide the "24/7 support" they claim to have.

"EasyAd Company and the EasyAd Software has a fully staffed help desk (staffed by American's, by the way) 24 hours a day. We also have a telephone tech support line M-F 9am-5pm. All of that contact information is listed on your download pages."

It might help if they put their discrete phone number before their download pages because I didn't even get that far yet.

Bought, it awhile back. Got my software and reg key within 4hrs. Love the software and support
 
What a fucken moron, expecting the guy to pay overtime just so some kids can man his support desk on a public fucking holiday. Come monday you'll probably issue a chargeback first thing in the morning before he can do shit to refund you. You do realize only complete fuckwit morons issue chargebacks don't you? You do realize not only have you badmouthed his shit on a public forum because he is taking a fucking holiday, you ask for a refund on fucking thanksgiving, but you are also gonna cost the guy $10-15 (depending on merchant) to give you your money back.

Kevin is a good guy. He basically does support himself. But, there are a bunch of guys easyadforum.com who are willing those in need

ahhhh.. this is why we re-invet the wheel.

I have my own CL posting tool I made in simple PHP. Randomizes, posts, checks my ads, etc... took about a day to program correctly ( though I could have done a stripped down version in just 30 minutes ).

Here is the problem dude, you expect American support on an American Holiday, and you expect something that someone else made to work perfectly for your needs.. how dumb.

I code my own shit because I know how CL works like I know the back of my hand. I know all their filters, process, bans, etc... I have been posting there for ages. I code my shit to work the way I want and I don't get my shit banned there, unlike people using automated tools that hide white text on the white background to help 'randomize" their ads and then complain when their ad gets banned or does not show up in the results, even though their admin says it was posted.... noobs!

Code your own shit, or you are at the mercy of other people, their times, their knowledge, their help.

I bought it and it sucks. I don't think any ad i ever posted actually went live. CL has it flagged. Don't waste you money.

lol, you are blaming the software for your ads being flagged. post the same ads manually. there is a certain formula to getting your ads to stick and most of it has to do with your IP and how many times you posted in certain time.
 
LOL I was thinking..."well that must mean it worked really well then" too well, if your not using proxies or dialup.
 
there is a method to posting on CL for sure and I will not spoil it for those that have 'learned' this method, but posting the same message from the same ip within a certain time period is a big factor.

learn to break that shit up time wise, ip wise, and message wise.

oh, dont use the same fucking link in the message more than a handful of times ( new filter ). Hope you got a access to some IPs and domains
