Facebook Ads Account Disabled... but I'm a legit company. How to fix this?

So I've had this ads account for a while now, probably several years. This year we've been spending probably $100/day on average, with lots of days being $200-$300.
I run a bodybuilding supplement e-commerce store (no rebill shady shit) so that's what the ads are for. Our Facebook page has 150k+ fans.

And out of nowhere the ads account got disabled a few days ago.

I filled out their "
Disabled Ad Account Help"

form, but they haven't gotten back to me.


Is there a phone number I can call?

Should I just start running ads on a new account, or will that account get disabled also?
 


I had a similar issue and was able to resolve it fairly quick by e-mailing back and forth with their support. You should be able to submit a ticket through their Help Center and they will get back to you. Call their support line at (650) 853-1300 and they will direct you to the right page in their Help Center.

this is not a forum for asking help ( anymore). As you can see, the circlejerk is strong and it over spills. Good luck though
 
I got the same thing, live with it, FB Ads sucks! I got banned after uploading a campaign without reason...

That very same thing happened to a friend some time ago.

Turns out his account got hacked, but before discovering that he sent an email to the Help Center, asked politely why his account was disabled, got an answer and pleaded his case.

Every email he sent was formal and to the point, no venting or swearing.
A few days later he go his account back.

Try it and let us know what happens.

I've sent them a ton of emails, always being polite, but they always end their replies with "consider this decision final"
 
That's automated, just keep mailing them until you get a "real" person replying your mail :)

I did that too, and I thought I was making progress with "Gene" and then the next reply was from a different person and they stopped replying after that.
 
They must have changed procedures since my friend had his account re-enabled.

He got an answer from a real person at some point and this person handled the case.
 
And here's the email I got today lol:

"I see we have declined previous requests to re-enable this account. After careful review, I’ve determined that we’re unable to take further action regarding this matter. Please consider this the end of correspondence regarding your ads account."
