Ok, so i was getting almost ever FB dieting ad disapproved. Any their guidelines are so vague so i have no idea why. So i emailed them and got this response. It's pretty helpful:
"When creating a diet, health or weight loss ad, please note that the ad cannot single out individuals or degrade the viewer of the ad. The ad text should present realistic, accurate information about weight in a neutral manner without implying that certain body types are more desirable than others. No health conditions may be presented in a negative light, and the ads should not encourage unhealthy weight loss. Users cannot claim to lose a certain amount of weight in a certain amount of time.
Additionally, weight loss ads may not be targeted to users under the age of 18. Any images accompanying the ad text must adhere to the above guidelines, and images depicting unusual or unlikely changes in weight or health may not be used. Please let us know if you have any further questions.
Additionally, per our advertising guidelines, we require that all ads use appropriate punctuation, including sentence-ending punctuation. Please feel free to edit the ad to include proper punctuation. Let us know if you have any further questions."
the first paragraph is really what helped....
