Facebook: How long before update to cpc takes effect?

A campaign was paused all day. I changed my bid (dropped it by half of what it was orginally) and resumed the campaign for the night. Had dinner, came back and my CPC is exactly where it was before. The change didn't take for some reason.

Is there a given amount of time before an update to cpc takes? Did I just get dicked by fb?
 


Your average CPC didn't drop? Are you still getting traffic?

CPM may have fell too low for traffic to continue.
 
I had a 0 avg cpc cause it was off all day. Set my bid to .20 cents, down from .40. Then unpaused the campaign for the day. Needless to say I reached my campaign max twice as fast as I should have. Arg!
 
note: i'm using the greasemonkey facebook script, so i'm not sure if that could of caused the cpc update to not go through. The only thing i can think of :shrug:
