Facebook PPC Question

I was reading about the daily budget and I think I'm missing something. If I set my daily budget to 20$ do I have to multiply that by 2 and have 40$ in my bank account or in Fb credits?

Mondays - Thursday you multiple it by 13x. Friday and Saturday you multiply it by 0.5x. Sunday is shit hole, you got to multiple it by 54x. I know, ouch.
