i think 14 is perfect taking into account byes and injuries. just my opinion, i'll play any way tho.
I don't think it should be a cash pot... I think there should be something ridiculous up for stakes. Kave & Avant know I'm down for ANY challenge ANY time.

haha espn has some cool shit(tools/guides/projections) you should check out, you can even line up who you want to be ready for the draft

I personally don't take part in any of those things, nor do I even understand the fun or draw of it, but I know Brandon (Hoff) likes that stuff so maybe he can help you out with it.
