Of course, since it was within their rights (as dickish as it is), that makes the lawsuit frivolous and so the court made him pay the appeals. Now he's butt hurt because he has to pay their side of the court costs? Fuck that he should have settled it like a man instead of running crying to the courts. It's a church for crying out loud theres probably a new funeral every few months for a deceased member he can rightfully turn into a circus. I'd be turning every one into a raging party and if he has friends like mine they'd join me.
