Easy - direct deposit ACH. Its fast, free and reliable. Wire generally sucks because a lot of banks charge $15 - 30 for it, depending on the bank.
 
Actually to be honest, I'm a little bit old fashioned and like seeing a big cheque.

That or direct deposit/paypal (but pp only for small amounts)

Wires suck because at least with my bank it doesn't list on my statement or online who sent the wire. The only way I know is when I get the wire notification via postal mail. Since I'm working with a few networks that pay me weekly and some don't have payment history it's difficult to see who is paying me what unless I save all those postal mails. Also it costs me a wire fee and ACH is free for me.

I'm using TD Bank now and I signed up for a Schwab One account at majorbta's suggestion which has free incoming wires for business accounts, so maybe those two things will be fixed.

I have the exact same problems and I'm using Regions bank. The wire fee is $15 / wire. Bi-weekly payments cost me $30/month just to get paid. That blows. ACH = no problems, payer's name on the statement prints perfectly and instantly. (wire is often anonymous)
