seems to have changed back.
it had everything broken up into different sections;
it would be like enter the url, ad title, ad body, and image
then there would be nothing on the page except a "continue" button
press that and it expands to country and then another continue button
and so on and so on.
now its back to normal but I still cant get ads manager to work.

Not working for me as of right now. Gets stuck on the Campaign and Pricing section.

To get the manager to work. First create the Campaign Group, and the first ad. Then let the admanager loose without it creating a new campaign group. Works like a charm.
