i'm considering getting fb ads manager since i mostly use FB and i think it would save me some time ... its just $200 so i want to get some opinions on it..

does it do most of what you would want it to? are there anything you don't liike about it?

share your thought fellow IMers

i dont think it works with the new interface, may be wrong.
pretty sure its against facebook TOS (if that matters to you)

yea it does matter to me a lot actually

i went to their site and they said they were making a new update

also i did hear about ppl getting banned for using tools ... so i was kinda cautious about that ..

are there any other tools out there? it would just save a hell of a lot of time for making ads instead of opening up tons of tabs to create all these diff campaigns

It has been updated to work with the new interface. Please don't comment unless you know what you're talking about.

I asked my ad manager and he said all good. Then I told another ad manager when I got reassigned and she said I can't do that despite being told I could by the other and I even told her that... she then proceeded to shut down my biggest account...

that was over a year ago tho... started a new account and used it fine until i was shut down completely a few months ago.

heres a blog post i posted about it. could help you out. its got affiliate links so just avoid it if you really care that much. Justin Dupre | Internet Marketing & Affiliate Marketing | Justin Dupre

It has been updated to work with all the new updates and layouts.. confirmed.

so do u recommend it justin? i want to get it .. just dont want to fuk up my account ... im actually supposed to speak w/ a FB account manager for the first time in the next two weeks

i have a lot of places i want to target .. but am bein lazy and dont feel like tabbing everything out manually ...

also does this take a set amount of time to create the ads? i'm sure its not instant ... is it jus more of an automated way of doing it than by hand?

it can be a little buggy but the guy who runs the product gives fairly good support and always works hard to update the software when facebook makes changes to the ad platform that causes FB ads manager to not work.

I'm not sure how that would work in practice, since they are only opening up their api to a limited section of the ads users.

for now. seems pointless to develop an api and not roll it out to everyone at some point (probably after all the bugs are ironed out)
