FB Ads - No Impressions! Doesn't use money

So for the past week or so, I've had a major problem.

I tried on 5 accounts or so, and made many different ads.

SOMETIMES it uses $50-$100 out of $500, but never the full budget. Mostly 0 impressions.

My target audience is in the millions.

I've found that oCPM ads garner alot of traction.

Were your ads running fine for a while and now they are all the sudden not?

Exactly. What I like to do is start with oCPM and a lower budget and once traffic kicks in switch to CPC with a higher budget...Worth a try.

Yup, thats FB atm. Super high cpcs
