I was charged for clicks that were out of my target market. (Probably click fraud) They're taking so fckin long to respond to my emails. Like 2-3 days per reply. Don't they have a number I can call or what? Any FB reps on here?
 


Because they were made from IP's that were outside of the geo-demographics I was targeting. i.e. I was targeting USA only and received all Non-USA clicks.

How can you be so sure that it's not your geo targeting system that sucks?

Yea I'm sure. I'm not using any automatic ad creators. It's a small campaign with about 4 ads
 
They aren't going to refund you because you don't understand how they serve ads. If you select to show ads to US people they'll show ads to a) people in the US and b) people overseas with US ties or who made their accounts in the US or who have been in the US at some point. Same for any country.

Yeah its stupid but that's how it works.

WTF? It's click fraud man. The campaign ONLY received foreign clicks with ZERO conversions. A couple people reported click fraud on facebook that day.
 
How much did they cost you? That just happens sometimes...your better off putting your time into something positive, rather then fighting for your nickels back...

Of course it was zero conversions your affiliate network probably sent them to some fucking perfspot offer since their ip was in another country.
