1) What happened to the "WF Class of 2010 - Mastermind group"?

I went on holiday for a couple of weeks, and it looks like the entire thread is gone? As well as the posts in the group area...

2) Can someone in the UK make an American site, and get it to rank number 1 in USA Google/Yahoo etc.

There's not much going in the way of UK affiliate companies etc, so I thought it'd be better to try and make an american site, since that's where all the money is lol.

Not sure what happened to the thread but I know they setup a forum and everything and actually got working and then the group leader posted here asking members to buy what they was trying to sell so the admin banned him.
 
yes, you can absolutely build a website targeting US visitors, it makes no difference where you live.

Anyway I don't think the UK affiliate playground is so desert, maybe what you're observing is that in Europe, in general, there are less CPA networks rather than in US.
