Finally getting a car - input needed

Of the four options the Jag.. But not really a fan of any of them.. It seems you are looking for a 4 door s I'm having a hard time wrapping my head around 'sporty'..

If you are looking at the BMW 535, you should look at the Audi A6. Getting the A4 for myself in a week or two..First car, cant complain.

If you get BMW, ensure its under warranty and stuff. N54 (twin-turbo) and N55 (single twin-scroll turbo) engines are known for fuel pump failures. BMW hasnt been able to fix the problem since 2007. Some people go through a fuel pump every couple oil changes... On the plus side a simple chip will increase your power to around 400hp.... These engines are beasts, just suffer from that stupid high pressure fuel pump problem.

I drive a 335i, BMW has recalled the pump failure, plus its warrantied to 100k miles now, so don't worry about the fuel pump issue.

With that being said, the 535i would be a great choice! 300hp /300tq plus 22+ MPG. (not to mention they are closer to 330hp but BMW downplayed the numbers on that motor).

Volvo S60 T6. They came with 5 year warranty and maintenance plan. Get a used one and run it for the balance of the warranty and then unload it.

Man the front of the Jag is so ugly..

Out of the cars you listed I would only take the BMW 5. Great car with good power and comfort.

I feel like I'm in an AOL chat room, but ASL really would help with my choice. All things equal BMW > the rest.

14/f/Cali ;)

Hi, I'm Chris Hanson, what are you doing here?

Oh, I'm just here to tell her not to meet old perves like me. The condoms, lube and Four Loko are just my props. I wasn't really going to use them.

If older, go with Caddy or Jag (Lexus maybe?). Younger - BMW.

CTS in terms of warranty and reliability. I have 2 escalades and have owned 7 other caddy's. Never any problems. Always reliable.

Ok so I'm notoriously cheap and I only pay cash for things, never make payments, most of you know. My jew game is proper, FTCHater is proud - so I'm finally looking at cars and I think I have it down to a few options.

- BMW 535i

- Jaguar XF Supercharged

- Cadillac CTS

- Lincoln MKZ

The XF really looks like the best bang for the buck, doesn't stussy here have an XF? Downside is it's a V8 so not as good of mileage as the other two, but 464 horsepower.

535i is a turbo V6 (twin turbo depending on year)

MKZ is the most economical option..but not quite refined like the others, but the best mileage and warranty out of all of them. The others have 5yr 50k mile warranties, this is 5yr 50k for all but the powertrain, which is 7yr 70k mi. Hybrid version that gets 40mpg city and hwy, and regular gas, too.

CTS is somewhere between, and a bit more sporty. Warranty is decent, similar to the others but 5yr for powertrain.

I honestly like supporting Ford products since they didn't take a bailout but I wanted something more fun at the same time, which Lincoln doesn't have right now it seems. But if I buy used, none of the money goes to Ford anyway.

I'm torn, but leaning more at the XF or 535i, and just discovered the XF really recently but it seems great.

Opinions? Thanks all.

Hey Bro, I have the Jaguar XFR. I love the car because you don't see them at every stop light like a BMW. Sorry dudes but BMW's are everywhere. The XFR is just down right bad ass. It has 510 HP, fyi

I think if you search around on this forum, there are pics of my car somewhere.

If you are looking for a specific color combination, it could be tricky because most dealers only have 1, so they will have to have it transported in.

Good luck
