Find video card type via program?

I have a PC that needs to be reloaded, but it's behind a 50" television and it's tough as fuck to move the furniture the television is in, so I can't pop the top and find out visually.

Does anyone know of a program out there, or an all-in-one video driver pack, that can help me identify the vid card in the PC?

I feel pretty fucking stupid, but the drive CD was still in the drive from 2 years ago when I stick the thing behind the entertainment center. How fucking lucky is that?
