I'd prefer spending no more than $50/mo on this. What do you guys recommend for keyword analysis? This would be the first time I'm using a non-free service and it would be primarily for AM.. though I'd like to use it for online/local SEO eventually.

thanks

I use Wordze it has some sweet features. I'm not saying it's a perfect tool but it gets the job done. I use it in conjunction with the Google Adwords Keyword Tool.

don't bother paying.

1) brain
2) adwords keyword tool

i've tried every tool and they all will give you 95% junk + the 5% you get from above.

if you can code, a little bird tells me you can build a great (very accurate) keyword tool by spidering ask search results (the suggested search section)

I have to second itchy ... I have not tried them all, but after several attempts have not found a paid kw service that provides anything I can't dig out with my own methodologies using free resources. Money better spent on outsourcing, server space and domains imo.

Google adwords tool. When it started showing the actual monthly traffic for keywords it was the final nail in the coffin for other keyword tools.

If you absolutely must use wordtracker, wordze, or any of the other ones, be sure to check the same keyphrase in a few other tools to see what the average is.

If it sounds to good to be true it probably is.
