When you throw around the word "buzz", it sounds like you want that narcotic euphoria. A healthy use of Adderall will not give you much of a euphoric buzz. However, psychological dependencies develop when people don't think it's working unless they ARE "buzzed" which is a horrible psychology.
If you take Adderall, don't take it every day, take the smallest dose possible, and get your shit done when you take it. You also want to dose Vitamin C and Magnesium (or take a complete multivitamin) a few hours before you pop amphetamine.
Psychostimulants like caffeine will give you a sort of buzz as well. Moderate amounts of coffee is good for you. Moderate amounts of caffeine isn't bad for you.
For focus, you can try to up your intake of B vitamins, B-12 and B-6 in particular, but they make eachother more bioavailable so take a B-all pill.
Try Phospha-lipids too, like Phosphatidylserine.
Check out evitamins.com for reviews of amphetamine alterantives. Try all alternatives before reverting to Adderall. Only take Adderall for work CRUNCHES and not for every day tasks.
Two products I quickly found on evitamins.com were
Added Attention and
Focus for Adults. They have B-vitamins and P-Lipids in common with my suggestion. Try them out.
A better and cheaper and less marketed alternative to those would be to research what you can ingest more naturally that is high in B-vitamins and P-lipids. Or compile a list of those products, write down common ingredients across similar products with good reviews, and then seek out the isolated ingredients.
The most cost effective way would be to get a solid placebo going of course. :anon.sml:
