dedicated hosting is really dead, much less shared hosting
These are my 5. I'm not really looking for friends.
1) How long have you been in business?
2) Datacenter location? IP address to PING? Download test file?
3) Guaranteed uptime?
4) Trial period with refund available?
5) Cancellation policy/process? (faxes are bullshit)
[*]Do you mind me being a pain in the ass?
lol... I just read this part. Let's see if that's still your philosophy after you've been around more than six months, let alone a few years. I suggest learning what an 80/20 analysis is and implementing it at least once a month. Unless of course you want to go insane.
I personally don't have a problem telling people to go find another host if they are obviously going to be a pain in the ass and don't seem to know even the basics of what they are doing.
lol...we have been in business longer than six months and I don't take lessons from someone who drives off their customers like you have been proven to do.
Don't be hating man, we just make sure that our clients are happy and that they stay that way, that's all. No need for an 80/20 analysis or the need to tell our clients to go elsewhere cause they demand more attn than others.
Now, when you don't sell your customers to a shady outfit or spend your time telling them to go elsewhere because they want some help, then you are welcome to criticize. Until then, we don't want to hear shit from you, the only thing you proved out good for is selling out for a quick buck to someone who can't even maintain customer satisfaction.
I was just trying to help you out, kid. Maybe if you take some of my advice you can move out of that trailer park one day.
And you've been in "business" more than six months? Really?
And if you're gonna come at me with insults, you better be able to handle it when I decided to destroy you in public. You don't know shit about any of our past acquisitions, so don't pretend you do. They happen everyday and sometimes they don't work out, big fucking deal. Don't talk like I sold my fucking company to someone else. The acquisition was for less than 15% of our client base and 10% of them came back to us anyway.
Now before you decide to throw around any more insults, or maybe try to rip parts of my site again, think twice. We both know I have 100 times the amount of clients as you and I have not once ever had a customer satisfaction survey come back with less than a 95% approval rating. I might be a fucking dick, but the hosting I provide is solid. I'm not here to be friends with my clients. I want their money and in return I want them to get what they pay for.
Fighting online is fucking retarded, but when you ripped my site word for word, you pissed me off personally. So, no, I don't fucking like you and I think you're a little kid in a trailer park trying to slang some hosting. So shut the fuck up and listen to my advice, or don't, I don't give a shit. Anyone who runs a fucking business knows what 80/20 means and if they care about making money, they do it.
Also, we have clients going back to before then that stuck with us during that new launch and are still with us to this day, so the proof of providing hosting from Volsh for over six months is in our hands. But when it comes down to it, you sold off clients and they got fucked in the long run, simple as that.
At least we fixed it and I apologized for the matter openly.
Nice try karl.
Relevant: VOLSH FTW! Their customer service is orgasmic >_>
Does it make you wanna cream your pants?
It gives me a boner, does that count?
It gives me a boner, does that count?
Anything that gives you a boner bro, that means something.
Never know, you may find an okie gal you like if you come up this way next month. Then there's your reach around.
