@MaxSteve: It did cost us something, we are paying these conversions to our publishers, in my vision, you can't regret on an income your publisher already saw in his account.

Remember we are a network, so clicks wouldn't be a problem, but conversions that are not real, it is a problem. Hope it's clear now.

I think member of network you own should be people reasonable. If explain it tracking error and no generate leads real should understand.

Unless member of network you own also happen be gangster members. Then should pay or bad thing may happen you.

#1 You can get companies you work with to change their contracts.

#2 Where the other company fucked up was when you asked if something was wrong and they said everything was fine. Make sure you have everything documented and then consult your lawyer about suing them.
