For CPA - What do you think of this?

Using nude pics as 'incentive' to get someone to submit a zip/email, complete a lead, etc. I've glanced over a few CPA sites TOS, don't see anything against it, Google said it was fine with them. What do you guys think, is it 'legal', is anyone doing it?
 


Typically incentivizing any email/zip submit offers isn't allowed by the advertisers. And especially a pornographic incentivization.

CLEARLY I did not give a shit about telling other people, if it helps them good, this forum helps me enough.

I have tested this.. I've spent $1000's on advertising, I want to make sure I'm going to get my commission and not have them tell me my leads are no good and freeze it or something. I have spoken to my AM.. he said to try it, but isn't positive if it will fly with their advertisers, he'll be keeping me posted.
