USB cufflinks. Thought they were pretty awesome but then I like to carry my data storage everywhere. Made them as a gift with fully functional 1gb USB drives. In hindsight I probably should have used gold cufflink backs to match, but I had the idea of covering one side of them with circuit board which didn't happen as I couldn't find a saw and gave up. The side showing actually has a circuit board pattern in black but its very hard to photograph. Hoping to make some slightly more creative USB stuff soon, perhaps with the drives concealed. And probably more storage space, I was on a budget with those. Any suggestions for stuff you'd want to see?

Seems like something that could get lost or damaged easily, and even higher the annoyance of actually using them.

And far as 1GB goes... shit, they make Micro-SD in 16GB now, so you'd think something larger than a micro-SD to accommodate the USB pins would be able to hold 16GB if not more.

I'm not experienced with wearing cufflinks, but the backs are fairly secure. They are water resistant and dust proof, but they could get knocked or scratched I suppose. They go much higher in terms of storage but they didn't need to be overly practical in this case as they were given to someone as a novelty gadget. Originally I had wanted to use higher quality ones that are fully cased but I was on a budget at the time and the USB look fit better to who I was giving them to. I'm trying to think what else I could incorporate them into to be more practical. Personally I've never worn a cufflink in my life.

Forgot to add the cased ones clip off the lids thus making them more practical. Not an original idea as there are some already on ebay but they were too expensive for my tastes when they're so easy to make.
