Fraud activity!

Is there any other adult affiliate managers out there that have dealt with fraud activity from their affiliates?

We have just banned 3 affiliates due to the face that they have been using stolen credit cards and other fraudulent activity trying to scam us.

just had one affiliate trying to do a join with a stolen credit card on multiple names/profiles. Not sure if these people know that we can see some of the activity that they are doing.

Also all of these affiliates were from the Philippines. Does that surprise anyone?

Just wondering everyone thoughts on this type of issue that has become bigger and bigger in every online industry.

Sorry to say this but "Phillipines" is the HQ of CC fraud. One of my ex-colleague shopped a few malls and then when he was back in UK, 2 weeks later he got a call from bank saying his CC was used 10 times at various stores, online merchants and what not. $20K in 3-4 days, they found it suspicious so they called. He filed a fraud complaint and reissued the card. I also heard a similar story from my old neighbour.

Happens, but I don't know why they keep trying it as its fairly easy to detect and always results in a network ban.

It only ends up annoying merchants which could harm the industry.

Thankfully I haven't had to deal with that much of it, but I mate at another network was hit hard by it.
