Maybe you were doing some shady stuff? I'm sure you'll be fine if you don't try to pull some shady shit on them like trying to use a VCC along with your coupon or login from a US IP, but enter in a CC from India or something.

I'll post more as I come across them. This one seems to be dead though, so just throw your own money out there and start testing...it was just $50 anyways and not having a coupon shouldn't deter you from advertising on FB.
 
I just got an email with a Myads promo code from the Meetup admins who ran the Vegas get-together. Use promo: bloosky202

The email doesn't say what the code is good for though. If you try it out please tell us.
 
I would avoid these FB coupons if I were you. You may well get away with it, but using them got my account banned. I managed to get it back, but it took 2 weeks and was a giant pain in the ass. Wasn't doing anything shady, this was the only reason that they suspended me.

Since the Visa Business thing got abused so badly, they have very specific terms for the use of coupon codes. Not a risk worth taking in my opinion.
 
Normally you'd put this after you create the ad. They now have a section where you can put in a coupon code...it's on the ad review page right before it goes live.

This coupon doesn't work anymore...for anyone else who's trying to use it. Seems they disabled it after a certain amount of uses.
 
That's a shame, I've been looking for one for a while now. On the hunt again I go.
 
there have been certain flagships for using this coupons in the past. i'd stay away them even if you are struggling
