alan8888 was kind enough to send me a the list as promised. Here are the initial stats that I found:

Total URLs: 24,566
Total Unique URLs: 23,807
Total Unique Domains: 218

Domain PR check:

PR 5 x 9
PR 4 x 15
PR 3 x 28
PR 2 x 33
PR 1 x 23
PR 0 x 51
PR N/A - Rest

OBL check on random list of 933 URLs

max 6,847
average 284
median 89

Since there are only 218 unique domains, I didn't want to hit all 933 of those tested above with comments. I removed the duplicate domains which left me with 139 unique domains to post on. My success was 84 out of 139 posted, which is about 60%. Out of the 84 posted, 68 links where found immediately.

This list is what was described to a tee. There's not a lot of domain diversity, but this could be a great list for tier 2 backlinking.

Notes: For this test, I was using free proxies I harvested as I'm having issues with my paid proxies at the moment. I'm sure you're success will be much better using paid proxies.
