Honest? Not a whole lot yet but the leads are almost as important. And when clickbank goes from $0.00 to something that is good. 
What I like about it is that it inserts your clickbank ID in all the products it contains so that if someone downloads a free item and goes back in to buy it you get the commission. This is just an added bonus for my site that generates mobile web sites and hosts them.
