The Chicago building was once the tallest in the world and is now being named after a British company. Apparently people are not very happy.
Grab a domain like:

Make sure you keep track of conversions - don't want to blow $500 on adwords and make $0
Also, hit up all the recent news articles/blog posts and make a comment how you hate the name change and that there is a petition going around to help keep the name from a United States company. Link to your site.
Hope some newb picks up this idea and makes some money with it. It could always fail miserably. But when you just go out on a limb and try shit like this, at some point something is going to stick.

- Willis-Tower.info
- WillisTower.us
Then:
- Put up some quick content about Sears Tower slash Willis Tower
- Slap a HUGE graphic that takes up most of the screen that says, "Vote: Which name do you like more: Sears Tower or Willis Tower.
- Explain the whole US/British thing - especially if you get the .US domain name cause then it makes sense
- Make it VERY obvious that just for voting they'll win an XYZ
- Have your buttons for voting connect to an email/zip submit for XYZ
- Make money
- Bid via adwords for the term "Willis Tower" as you can be damned sure there aren't many, if any, people bidding on it
