Thanks for the input guys - but pricing for domains is not solely based on revenue like valuing websites. And, it is my domain, and I can sell for whatever amount I see fit.

Oh yeah it's a parked page too. You sure can sell it for whatever you want but if someone actually buys it their a bigger moron than you are, and I'd feel terrible over that.
