FTC Blizzard Strikes Again!

I get tons of SMS spam, just last week i got a bus opp from adscend with a fake news lander (facepalm)

Any network who claims they didnt know is full of shit.

The FTC isnt stupid especially when people like Tanner Vaughn turn snitch for a lenient settlement, and people like me who happily send screen shots, http logs and other proof of spam and complacency by the advertiser, affiliate and network to the FTC on the regular yo!

I actually paid to message zuck, sent him screen shots of morons selling FB cloakers on FB, people like tanner vaughn come to think of it.

Haters gonna hate

I seriously doubt this. If you truly did, please PM it to me and I'll investigate. We have zero tolerance for this kind of thing. For anything. Any network that plays with shady traffic is playing with fire and will eventually be burned. That's common sense. We are incredibly diligent when it comes to compliance, be it from publishers, advertisers' landing pages, etc.

Also, I can attest to the fact that many networks absolutely do know what's going on. I have friends/family who have received numerous SMS spam messages, as have I, and I always check the redirects to see where it's from and I alert the relevant companies if possible. I try to protect not only our company but others' as well, because there are rogue affiliates who can cause serious issues for a network that doesn't know. But at times it has seemed likely that they do know, if for no reason other than the sheer volume of consumer complaints attached to a specific URL and the lead volume that must go with it.

But since all of your posts on this forum are directed at Ryan Eagle, whose BlamAds was a competitor of ours, I suspect that you're actually just someone from the content-locking space trying to attach our name to this crap.

-EDIT-
Also, we have zero biz-opp offers, so nice try.

You should thank me. I'm thinning the herd. 3-5 cloakers go down and FB CPC prices drop and so does their stock ;)

I'll thank you with a brick to the head. I get sms spam all the time and I could give a fuck about it. I don't need to run to daddy government, because I get a text I dont like. I hope you die in a fire.

Wait you're right it wasn't SMS spam it was Facebook spam for a free iPad to your content locker, your day of reckoning is next

Does Facebook allow your affiliates to create bs groups and spam their users with bullshit content locking offers?

I'm not in the affiliate space except to bring spammers and scammers down. Eagle was one of them, maybe you'll be next? Clean up your network all those Facebook referrers are plain old spam I might start keeping a log on just you and your network and forward that shit to zuck

Why do t you comment on your networks affiliates who spam Facebook? Oh wait you don't allow that right? Ease say you don't so I can start posting links and screenshots this being sts it'll index nicely for my law enforcement friends to find

thats every single cpa network lol ^

In public: No we dont accept spam and shady traffic
In private: Yes spam, hack, do whatever you want just send leads/traffic. And then when you bring heat/drama, you dont get paid and they keep your $. free money!

exactly why I dont work with any cpa networks.

That's not true, unless you are working with a shady network. Those shady networks will eventually get in trouble with the law if that's what they are doing. Networks are increasingly being held accountable for their affiliates actions, and any network would be stupid not to follow the law. It's usually the bottom feeder networks that break it knowingly.
