Conference over. Not much new added. But it sounds like the FTC is indeed trying to build cases against people. I never tried the Obama angle on grants, but I also never made 600k/day. 
I wonder what effect this will have on the industry. Do you think they will be cracking down on all rebills? If you put a disclaimer at the bottom of a blog style lander for other niches do you think your ass is covered? Also, do you think people that cloak to get there ads of FB will be targeted?
Moral of the story: do not flood Facebook with ads which you won't want the reporters to see.
It's also the fault of the multitude of retards who promoted scammy offers with scammy fake blog LPs and spammed the whole fuckin' system.
