Fuck EPN - It's not an affiliate program, it's a fucking bingo game.

Amazon is just as bad. They can you AND keep your money for no reason. Net 60, and they are dropping entire STATES like whoa.

Ebay is a stalled business, so ANY change is going to be a change which lets them keep more profit... which is by taking it from us.

The whole ACRU Quality thing? Who knows... I get 10 ACRU's and I get rated as poor quality with $1 ACRU's.... I get ZERO ACRU's and my Quality shoots up to $30 a ACRU... what.the.fuck.


I can already see the .005 cent clicks from Ebay starting in Oct. lol.

I'm glad I'm not alone in this unfortunately I switched from amazon to EPN so dunno what to do now with the sites that use this.

Wish I was a bit more established this hit will hurt me a fair bit. Oh well want to get into other things anyway.
 
Until the past month, I was netting around $2500 a month with a few EPN sites, mainly driving traffic via PPC. Adwords now slaps every fucking EPN site I create, so I don't even pay for advertising to the EPN sites anymore. A couple still get good organic traffic, and I've found a new way to make around $50 / a day from the other ones.

I don't know how this Quality Click Pricing thing is going to work out. At most I was getting around 800 clicks per day combined on 3-4 of the sites I'm running. So am I going to make $0.10 a click now...who the hell knows. I'm sure I won't be making $2000 a month from it anymore.

$0.10 is probably what you will make if you are lucky. I am guessing clicks with be worth sub 1 cent - 3 cents.
 
they had some info on a blog they linked to on their home page that discusses a lot of the QS score is coming from people clicking through and buying at the begginning of the cookie instead of towards the end and if the person who clicks buys the actual item being advertised that can help too.. im completely unsure on how fucked im going to be by this..

getting around 4000 clicks a month on my current site and i was planning on doing a lot more but with this news who knows if it'll be worth it.. i was making some good cash around $1000 a month in ACRU's on the same site but they slapped my QS and now im back down to the $1 bullshit.. of course it just so happens ive gotten more ACRU's this month than ever before..

this new way of calculationg QS is prolly gonna screw everybody over who does anything big or in the ebaymotors catagory (where my current site is) because buyers are not going to quickly make their purchases as they do with smaller shippable items..

up to this point ebay was prolly my best program in the auto niche but now i have no freakin clue what i can promote other than insurance quotes and other bs..
 
All Amazon has to do is extend their cookie 6 more days and EPN is DONE!
 
i cant get into epn. Ive applied direct and through pepperjam.
They just ignore my app at pepperjam and decline my app for reasons that make no sense, when i go direct
 
not sure why ebay cares about "quality of traffic" since all visitors could end up buying something eventually. what are they worried about? conserving bandwidth? need to pawn off one of their servers?

not all leads are coming from legit accounts, lots of stuffers out there. egay is a huge target you know.

Amazon has a huge choice of products. Some of my sites get hundreds of targeted visitors every day, but they are looking for shit that can only be found on amazon, eBay or CJ (merchants often decline apps for no reason there).

Amazon converts really good because everyone fucking loves them. So does eBay in certain niches.

I'd fucking love to find affiliate programs/networks with some solid, long term, pay per sale offers.

Got any suggestions?

i thought this whole effin thread was about shfting paradigms of recent newcomers into more grassy areas. i always thought i could tell a jedi mind trick when i see one, even that horny hammers clueless shot did not help, damn.
