That's exactly what I'm saying fuck my tax problems (and the root of them the IRS).
Well I already paid my taxes just don't like the 8k chunk of change I just lost. I know its not a lot but I've been having my ups and downs in aff marketing lately and I don't want to change my lifestyle just because the IRS thinks I'm their property.
Everyone on this board be grinding for a tax problem. I'm gonna blow a load on Obama's face tonight and then give my TV to Goodwill. I hope that Candy Crowley catches it first.
Here's the honest truth.
Either pay your taxes without bitching like most slaves or do something about paying less taxes.
It all begins with consulting a smart tax accountant who has the same attitude to tax as you do.
I think, living in the US as you do, it should be pretty easy to get lots and lots of writeoffs in your company/corporation. Maybe you can even do owner loans? Such luxuries are not afforded European serfs. We just pay 50-60% in taxes then get third rate service.
Quite a few of us has said fuck you to the government and left until they change their ways.

This is pretty much the bottom line OP.
I spent several months thinking everyone else was wrong and I could find loopholes and do the same shit the ultra billionaire's was doing. I ended up spending months and months knee deep into this topic and did nothing more then neglect my business in doing so.
While I could have spent time earning more money, I wasted time earning less trying to pay less.
Reading books, researching online, taking to tax attorneys and estate planners, etc did nothing but lead me back to what was said above already.
Sure, you can find some shit here and there.. but unless your gonna pack your bags and renounce citizenship and play RISK hoping they dont come after you after you renounce; start a offshore business with a partner overseas and hide the money in a offshore bank and never withdraw a dime out of it unless your outside the USA ( good luck with even this ); or just earn more money and find ways to avoid paying more tax, then your fucked.

Here is the thing. Laws are arbitrary. We live under ad hoc government. They will break every precept of a just legal system if it is in their political or financial interest.
So while I am not telling people to explicitly break the law, understand that by following the laws, you're not actually any safer than if you broke the law. That's just a perception people have. When the Swat team is outside your house cause they think you are a drug dealer, the fact you have never smoked a blunt, is not going to keep them from knocking your door down and beating the fuck out of you.

Americans are extra fucked. Can't even move countries and not get taxed from the US. It's seriously abusive.
But isn't American tax law pretty flexible? Like good options for writeoffs, trusts and all that jazz? Those options are not available elsewhere. I'd be happy to pay around 15% taxes and contribute, which is the capital gains tax in California right? So, get the right company setup and don't pay salary but dividend and presto 15% tax.
