The reason it hasnt reached the iphone yet is because many good flash browser games have been ported to iphone and then purchased by millions through itunes, instead of played for free in a flash browser on the iphone...

Yep, I've got the Incredible and it's the shit. For others you can use Welcome to SkyFire. I even installed that on my phone and it handles flash.

Android 2.2 is supposed to support flash. As for bluetooth keyboards, i'm not sure. iPhone OS 4 supports bluetooth keyboards though.
