Fuck yeah! F U Sandbox

hav2n:what did you do to get out of the sandbox

- It's easy. You walk in to the Google headquarters & login to the Sandbox kiosk at the entrance and enter your URL.

- You pay the fee of $799 to the kiosk and the system automatically connects to the Google database and downloads your site's Sandbox - it then spits out the sandbox and you catch it and bring it home.

- It should look something like this -
timthumb.php

- You then carefully remove your website out of the sandbox and put it back in the kiosk.

- You're allowed to take the sand home as a souvenir. Be careful though, make sure it doesn't fall out of your hands. Google has some real grumpy House keeping employees.

I know you're joking, but it might be interesting to see if running a campaign on Adwords using a sandboxed domain did anything to help get it out. There has always been speculation as to if spending a decent amount in Adwords had any correlation on natural ranks. Might be an interesting case study if anyone was interested in spending some cash on a sandboxed domain.

i'm back out today, is it just me or same for everyone else?

would be better if its just me because i know its not just a rejig of algorithm, and that my fruits have paid off

maybe i should give it time, i just noticed 1 hit from google, after seeing my getclicky stats, and then check on google, and sure enough i'm back on beautiful page 1.

May or may not stick, and if it's a global change it will roll out within the next 24 hours or so, and you can come back at any time in this rough period.

Ok i have 3 sites. 2 (call them A and B) sites are sandboxed, and one (call it C) sits comfortably on page 1. 3 days ago A and B jumped back into page one while C dropped off the map. Today A and B back in sandbox and C is back on page one. So something has been going on.

Yup, sandboxed site came back to life on 7th of June, then dropped into oblivion on 8th. As of this morning, its back in business. Im not celebrating though, as not confident its gonna stick. Sure hope it does though!
