Ok so if you really want to fuck him up...

You would report him to the FTC / FBI for sending unsolicited spam.

Report him to iContact's abuse department.

Report him to privatesystems.net for abuse.

Report him to spam cop and spam haus.

Reality is though it's a numbers game. If we can report him and his complaint threshold goes up to high he'll be immediately shut down by iContact.

I did this to the last guy that sent me unsolicited spam after I asked him nicely to remove me and got a reply telling me to go fuck myself.
