I had setup the campaigns and put them on pause.

Previously, my acct had been on hold for verification.

I just logged into my account earlier and it appears that my account has already been verified and the deposit I put into Pulse360 had been 99% spent.

The fuck is going on? I thought I paused the campaigns?!

And I think there's fucking click fraud going on. Pulse tells me there are 50 clicks and I see only 22 in prosper.

I'm one grump bitch today.

omg 50 clicks.

you better sue.

I don't think it matters how many clicks it was.

If he lost 50 bucks to testing an offer out that happened to be non profitable, I'd tell him to stop whining. But he lost to 50 bucks for nothing. Wouldn't you be pissed if you dropped a 50 dollar bill in the sewage or something? i'd be

it happens.

50 clicks isn't anything man but pulse 360 is great if you have a manager. Never have to worry about approving anything he will tell you what you can and can't do. The only thing about pulse 360 is that you have to be aggressive with your bids to stay competitive.

It wouldn't surprise me at all if there is click fraud, similar to what was going on at Facebook (where advertisers are clicking other advertiser's links), on these text ad networks.

Pulse360 blows like that.
I tested out some stuff with them and always logged around 1/2 of the clicks that they reported.

I talked to someone about it and they said that some of their traffic sources prevented their traffic from being logged, but to use their tracking system and you could see them all.

Sounded fishy to me. I was using Prosper202 and statcounter code to log page visits and both matched but only to 1/2 of what Pulse360 said.

agree. they run some traffic through feeds and that includes quite some fishy sites. i had them give me a refund for a big amount of traffic they sent me once. all of it was fraud. plus yeah, to stay competitive you gotta bid high or get hilarious CTR's.

you said you're using prosper. If that spend happened in a short burst & you're not on a dedi, I'm thinking prosper might not be directing all the traffic. Had a situation w/ that late last week & in the middle of a test to see if that hypothesis is true. If it is.... Ran across others using vps w/ the same issue. At least that may explain the "click fraud".

and yeah, get an account rep. They have sites they will remove your ad from showing on that "typically don't convert" very well, but you don't have access to that from your regular login thus most advertisers wouldn't even know it exists.

I run shit through my own script an count clicks, then to prosper and prosper does miss a huge fucking chunk. Then you update the cpc cost and all your numbers go way wrong.

Chances are they sent 99% of all the clicks they said they did, but no idea about fraud.

If your serious with working with them, call a rep and they'll probably check what happened and maybe give you your $$ back - if they want long term clients that is.

please email me your account info directly and I will make sure your taken care of. We can get you your 50.00 back and start fresh.
did you reach out to cs before you came on here and posted? We normally have a pretty good CS team that will work with you on things.

BTW, pulse360 really sucked for me. I spent about 140$ on it and every click bounced on my landing page.

A real bad experience for me...oh well.
